Joyner Keeny, PLLC is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) land surveying company that is also certified as a “ qualified HUBZone” company.

Joyner Keeny, PLLC was founded in 1985 by two Land Surveyors – Nils W. Joyner, PLS and Timothy L. Keeny, PLS.

Joyner Keeny, PLLC provides quality land surveying services to private developers, municipalities, government agencies, utility companies, roadway contractors, etc. throughout the southeast primarily in North Carolina , South Carolina , Georgia, and Virginia.

Joyner Keeny, PLLC has a staff  of 25 employees including seven (PLS) Professional Land Surveyors, survey CADD technicians, computer operators, survey crews, and clerical staff. The experienced surveying staff provides professional services which include: boundary, topographic, GPS control, (static and RTK), hydrographic, profile, cross-sections, cadastral, construction staking, route, wetland location, deformation, right-of-way, FEMA letter of map amendments, flood elevation certificates, aerial photo control, subdivision design, cell tower sites and subsurface utility surveys (SUE).

Joyner Keeny, PLLC has established a solid reputation and an impressive list of long term satisfied, repeat clients in over 20 years of service in southeastern U.S. The firm’s size affords the opportunity to provide each client with responsive, personal attention, and the diversity of a full service surveying company.

Our personnel are located throughout eastern North Carolina. Travel to your site is not a problem. If we are more than 100 miles from your location, we have a reasonable per diem when requiring overnight stay.

Licensed as Professional Land Surveyors in these southeastern states : North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.
