 Construction Staking Services
The first large project was the construction staking on the Golden East Crossing Mall in Rocky Mount, North Carolina in 1985. Joyner Keeny, PLLC provided all of the construction staking services on the 82 acre site from streets, sewers and building column lines to light poles and striping. The project lasted for 2 years and started the company on its way to providing quality surveying services for various clients. Joyner Keeny, PLLC utilizes the most modern surveying technology to perform the construction staking assignments such as GPS – RTK equipment, Robotic total stations, and field laptop computers.

Joyner Keeny, PLLC is producing 3D Digital Terrain Models (DTM) compatible with all types of machine control systems. The experience gained from more than 20 years of traditional construction staking and computation, combined with the latest computer and GPS technology, allows us to offer a unique service that can be specifically tailored to the needs of your project.
